I was just wondering what your strategies were for clearing a room? I'm asking because I'm having an indoor war at my house soon and I have this friend who will get a high ROF gun and entomb himself in a room. Once he gets to this room, he is nigh impossible to get out. He chooses the room randomly, so I can't wait in the room until he comes. If you storm the room, he will attack and defeat you. My current arsenal is 1 stovk LS, 1 stock LSFG, 1 AR modded Recon, 2 AR modded NFs, 1 leaky Hornet, 2 stock Switch Shot Wiis, 1 stock SSPB, 1 Broken FF, 2 AR modded DTGs and 1 stock Vulcan. I'm using stock darts. Thanks in advance.
P.S.I forgot to mention that we play team games, with teams of 2 or 3.

You probably want a blaster that's good for Spray-and-Pray, like a Magstrike.

Wow. Can't do much with that.... The best thing I would try to do is to add some sort of grenade to the game (foam flinging or not) and say that if he gets hit with it/it goes off in his area, he is either dead or dazed or something. Either than that, the only option I can think of is be really really cheap and rush him when he just emptied a clip. If he has some sort of secondary readied when you charge... well... not much I can think of there.

What ranges do you think this thing has?
Well at 1500 FPS, I'd say rupture your left nut ranges.

RF20  They are at TRU for 20, but I would just use the MS if you can't get to TRU. |

-Wait him out
-If that doesn't work, fight "fire with fire": use an automatic, or use the Hornet (just shoot all 6 darts at once with the blast button)
-If possible, attack from two directions.
-If you can't attack from two directions, try having one person run into and across the room (as a distraction), and a second person follows and takes out the opponent.

A great little strategy I use is...
1.Set up a four man team.
2.Get two set up on each side of the door, but out of harms way(behind a wall)
3.The first person on the right side of the door is too charge into the room towards the upper left hand corner, while the first person on the left is to charge towards the upper right hand side of the room. The second person follows the same pattern-left side of door chargers towards the bottom right side, right side of door charges towards the bottom left side of the room- and if done fast and properly, the camper will have no time to react and you will be able to get to him before he can shoot.
If the room is not large enough to accomadate this play, then follow the same strategy but instead of rushing, try use your accuracy to your advantage by "rabbit hoping" by the corner of the door.

I use a MagStrike and a foam Baseball Bat for room clearing. The bat clears out all the barricades (pillows, blankets, laundry baskets) and i just poke myself around the corner just enough to see. By yourself, i say Hornet and the blast button. Makes the most sense.
