Ocean County College War Planning Thread

Ocean County College is a 5 minute walk through the woods from my house. Their gym, might I add, is huge. I would like to host a war there, but god knows if I host it nobody will show. I don't really know anyone on the NIC in real life, and would like a larger named person to try and take it over to NH. OCC is on College Dr. Toms River, NJ. The person who takes it over to NH won't have to deal with planning it there, paying the money, etc. But, if this thing does go down I'm not killing my poor 13 year old waller to host it. Granted, I'd pitch in more than I'd ask from the attend-ees.

I would also like to test out a new war theory at this if it happens. Anyone ever think about EVERYONE using the same barrel material/darts? It would be 10 times easier to pick any old dart up off of the floor and be able to shoot it. I had a page long planning PM sent to Kulschrank over at NH, but seeing as how I'm banned I can't share it with you all. If I get it back somehow I'll bump up this old thread when I do.

Ok, in a matter of 2 days I've taken this thing to a new level. It's not some imaginary thing I'd like to do one day anymore. Until I update this thread, check out this war's thread over at nerfrevolution.com

Yep kiddies, an indoor winter war. This will go down. I will be renting out the dome at my local school.

Date is still up in the air.

This is (for now) a planning thread. Find out if you can be in ocean county at one point or another during winter time.


Rules time!

* Softly tipped Stefans
* Call "Hit" only when a ricochie (sp?) is seen
* No crazy blasters. It's indoors, use your best judgement
* Don't be an A**
* Average ages from 13-18 (out of possible attendees)
* Bring an obstacle if you'd like
* Bring a guest
* Let's have some fun. Be a good sport. Don't call hit unless you're positive. If you feel a hit be honest.
* You camp, you die

* If we don't get a freakishly ton of people, Search and Destroy game based on me and my friend's rules (would be confusing at first)
* 3/15
* Free for all
* 2/1 flag CTF
* Pistol round
