Surprised not to see a topic for this in "Nerf News", so here's what I've got.
Nerf debuted it's next blaster in a
flyer included in Blasters currently on store shelves. It's called the
Lonstrike CS-6 and boy is she a beauty. Looks to have the same magazine style that the Recon, Longshot, and Raider use (Streamline Darts) as well as what looks to be a removeable barrel. The stock doesn't look to be detachable, and may even be a little too short for some (looks to be smaller than the Recon's) but only time will tell. It doesn't look to be
too bad of a weapon without the supposed removeable barrel/scope thinger either. Traditioanlly, Hasbro has made weapons with large grips and stocks that don't seem to be a problem for adults. I'm willing to bet the barrel will be useable on the Recon and Longshot too, so some mixing and matching isn't out of the question. I expect the Longstrike to come out relatively soon, especially considering that the Raider was slated for Fall of 2009 and it came out in late August.
