Well Toys R Us started listing them on the main website, and Nerf products are almost out "earlier" than they say they will be. Spring 2010 is more of a time when you can expect to find them everywhere. I've only seen them at TRU around here. Wal-Mart and Target don't have them yet.

Why would anyone order from overseas when amazon has had them in stock for ten days? I've had mine for a week now, and I even used super-saver free shipping.

I modded the gun, I will post the writeup when I get the chance. I didn't do that much; just AR removal and brass barrel, crazy accurate with cdts!

Most likely, he has a jammed dart in the toy. You can't break a stock toy by shooting a few darts from it.
