Ok, I am putting my raider back together tonight. Everything is goes peachy keen and then I find that I have an extra part. I swear I am so careful to label a bag and put everything from one blaster into that bag. I really don't think its from another blaster, as right now I do not have any others pulled apart. However, I cannot figure out where it goes. I have searched four forums, and Google images trying to find a pic that shows it.  Here is the part:

Any help anyone can give me would be GREAT! Thanks guys and girls.

I am not sure because I have not opened up my raider for 2 weeks but I think that is for the jamdoor lock mech.

I don't even remember seeing that on my way through my raider... Did you just get yours, because I got mine before they were "officially released" and don't remember that piece.

I am thinking that "someone" else in my house may have thrown in one of the locks from one of my longshots into the raider parts bag. Could that be it???

Well drat! I was hoping it was a simple solution. I guess i need to keep checking back to this thread and see if anyone know exactly where it goes. I know the Raider works just fine without it in there if that is in fact a part from the Raider. Fingers crossed someone knows where it goes and can post a pic of exactly where in the Raider it should be put to rest.

If it works properly without it don't stress over it too much. They put a lot of useless junk into some blasters.

The only thing weird with it is when you cock it and slide the cocking handle forward it doesn't catch all the way, but I know that is from removing the lock for it. I just hope that is not from this part being missing.

I'm thinking the same, but am also unsure.

Can you pull the jam door open when the bolt is closed and the Raider isn't primed?

Awesome range, this could be great if you had a Nerf war in a small closet.

No if the shooter is un-cocked and unloaded, the jam door will not open.
