First of all, please tell me if there's already a topic on this. I looked and didn't find one, but I'm not perfect.

Anywho, I have approximately 10 feet of PETG, but haven't a clue how to cut it. Help would be appreciated, and met with a "HYE FYVE!!111!!!!1!".

Oh, and it's Mod man PETG, from Ebay, if that makes a difference.

Mitre box + hacksaw. Scrollsaw/bandsaw + mitre guage or crosscut sled, whatever those thingies are called. (maybe tablesaw too, idk).
I saw someone post once that they put a piece of brass tube inside the PETG to hold it from being smashed and used a pipecutter.

Ok, I'll try the miter box+hacksaw. Thank you. HYE FYVE!!!11!!11

I ordered a pipe cutter from Mcmaster too, so I'll try some methods with that.

Pipe cutter is great to have for nerf mods. I use mine a LOT.

for PETG I use a cutter of this configuration

http://www.amazon.com/Rain-Bird-Landscape-Dripline-TC-1PK/dp/B000FK01A4

Align the blade on your measured mark and twist the tube.  When you've gone around once and lined up your score line, you can usually just squeeze it through.

If post count ever matters to you, whether a high count or a low count , whether it's your count  or someone else's, if you are concerned by it at all, rather than about posting quality, then that makes you a "post whore" by definition.

Pipe cutter FTW. It makes a perfect cut every time and it works better than a hacksaw.
