Just a few interesting observations for you. The choices of blasters in this competition struck me. We have 8 offical entries and the blasters used include:

Big Bad Bow (2)
BuzzBee Big Blast
BuzzBee Mega Missle
Dart Tag Blaster
Magstrike
Maverick (3)
Nerf Rockets (Launcher)
Titan

I half expected to see something of the Air-Tech line or some of the other crowd favorites. I am not surprised however that folks avoided the Recon, Hornet and Longshot which are each famous for their complexity.

Well If I had already finished the Phoenix I would have done some type of LS mod.  I also am planning on getting a Recon with mah Christmas money.

What ranges do you think this thing has?
Well at 1500 FPS, I'd say rupture your left nut ranges.

The Airtech 2000 and 3000 have been out for so long that pretty much everythings been done to them. 2ks have been modified to be semi automatic, 3ks have had RF20 bladders stuck in them. I was debating on puting a AT3k mod up, but with a 2 second search it was already done before.

Everything has been done? ? ? ? ?

You throwing down a challenge punk?

(just kidding, but this does sound like a worthwhile challenge)

Well, I'll have to roll up the sleeves and see what can be done.

I've got a couple At2ks on-order, this is going to take some thinking.

Oopps, sorry. We high-jacked this thread. Appologies.

The word "good" has many meanings. For example, if a man were to shoot his grandmother at a range of five hundred yards, I should call him a good shot, but not necessarily a good man.
