haha put quite simply: They are darts with explosives. Some are made to explode on contact, others are lit before the gun is shot.

Also ban tranquilizer darts. I saw a guy on NERFHQ make them.

I think Mega's rule is inclusive enough to include any type of dart designed to do anything except to make non-injury inducing contact with.
